Shipping: Orders made after 4PM will be processed the next business day.
Mail Provider: Orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 7-14 days after approval for delivery. Please allow 3-4 weeks for bulk orders.

Return Policy: Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. During the design process, you will have the opportunity to authorize and approve images, text and size. All products are carefully wrapped and package for delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Thank you for your understanding.
